What is Christian Science Treatment?
Christian Science treatment is a focused prayer that brings the light of
God's power to the problem. The power of Christ uncovers what is wrong and
destroys it. Divine Love is present and willing to heal. When our human
perception of what is real and what is going on changes, the human mind
and body yield to this power and healing comes. Through treattment evil
is destroyed and harmony is restored.
Healing is performed through prayer alone, no physical manipulation or medication is used. I cannot pray for someone who hasn't requested treatment, unless there is an emergency.
If you are using medications or a special diet in relation to this or any other problem you are facing, it is suggested that you consider requesting prayer for support, rather than Christian Science treatment. See the question, “What if I want prayer, but not Christian Science treatment?” below.

What if I want general prayer, but not Christian Science treatment?
One may prefer to request prayer, rather than Christian Science treatment,
if they are already being treated medically or if they are self-treating
by using over-the-counter medication.
In this case the practitioner prays about the ailment in general rather than a treatment focused for you. Back to Questions
Can I be healed without being seen?
Absolutely. A treatment can be given over the phone, in person, or via written
or electronic correspondence. In the Bible, Jesus healed the Centurion's
servant without ever visiting him.. Back

God-good is the healer. I am the witness to His/Her love, power and presence.

What kinds of things can I ask you to pray about?
If you are concerned about something, you may ask me for Christian Science
treatment or for prayer related to it. I have been asked in the past for
help with problems such as illness, injury, fear, relationship issues, to
quit smoking, to quit drinking, to find a job. Any problem is subject to
the power of prayer. Back

What are your study tools?
I use The Holy Bible (KJV, NIV, NRSV, The Message translations) and the
Christian Science textbook, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures
by Mary Baker Eddy, together with other writings by Mary Baker Eddy as the
basis of my study, treatment, and prayer. Truth is universal, so I find
Truth all over the place.

Why must I pay?
Excellent question. Your payments are for you. They are tangible evidence
that you are grateful for God and the power of God in your life. Why do
you pay me? When you request treatment you have entered into a contract
for professional service. I devote time and attention and care to your case.
A Christian Science practitioner's motive is never for money, but "a laborer is worthy of his hire." If you hire someone to cut your grass, does he expect to be paid? Simply, we pay for services that we hire others for.
A practitioner is self-sufficient. He has no other form of income, and he has bills just like you do. I am most grateful for your gratitude. (Currently, I have a 9-5 job, but my desire is to let that go and have a self-sustaining practice.)
It is very, very helpful to you to value and be grateful for the healing treatments. Otherwise you are actually putting yourself in opposition to healing. And, of course you do not want to do that. Back to Questions
How much does treatment or prayer cost?
My fee schedule is as follows:
o Initial phone consultation: Free
o Fees Professional Services: Christian Science healing treatment or prayer
is $40 for the first day*, $20 per day after that. Fees can be reduced if
there is a need for extended treatments.
o The Christian Science practitioner's motive is never for money, but "a
laborer is worthy of his hire." A Christian Science practitioner is
self-sufficient.
o Phone conversations: If treatment is requested it is included in the professional
services fee. If it is just to talk, $40/hour.
o In person office visits: $40 per hour – by appointment only
* A Christian Science Treatment is one day. The daily rate will be reasonably
reduce in
chronic cases of recovery requiring extended treatment or in cases where
a cure has not
been effected. Also for long-term treatments (such as for pregnancy or when
extended
treatment or prayer is requested) the rate will be reduced.
** Extended phone consultations beyond the initial consultation will
be charged as a

Is this covered by insurance?
Some insurance plans do cover Christian Science Treatment. Call your insurance

How do I pay?
You may pay by check in $US, made out to Dan Carnesciali and call me
for the address
to which to mail it or you may pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover or
Pay Pal by using the PayPal button below.
